Laugarvatn is a shallow lake, about 2 km2 in size, and is located in the inlands of Árnessýsla, Under its floor, there are hot springs heating the lake so it is warm and suitable for bathing all year round, and to view how locals make the traditional bred named Rúbrauð, straight rye bread. On its bank rests a village of over 300 inhabitants, also named Laugarvatn.

Next up, Brúarfoss, often referred to as Iceland's "hidden gem," is a stunning waterfall nestled in the picturesque landscape of southwestern Iceland.Brúarfoss is fed by the Brúará River, one of Iceland's largest spring-fed rivers.
